Just a linux source compile update « Thread Started on Sept 23, 2009, 11:25am »
I was going to post this in the Development section, but do not have access; so hope this is a good spot. Just wanted to let the developers know about the current status of AA and compiling from source on Linux (x86_64, non-multi-lib). The distro I am using (Lunar-Linux), has bumped the versions of the tool chain to;
Recompiled curl-7.19.6, xf86dga-1.0.2, openal-1.8.466, and of course current AA. It all went swimmingly with no show stopper compile issues and the game ran just fine. There were a few minor things I saw in the compile log; mostly a few "incompatible pointer type" things and a few "makes integer from pointer without a cast". Anyway, I attach the compile log as a tarball in case you want to look.
Great job goes to you devs for future proofing AA in this way.
